With over 16 years of experience as a program analyst in the FBI and VA, including a background in HR and participation in numerous hiring panels, I offer a unique perspective to resume writing. My expertise in program management, organizational development, and knowledge management best practices has been cultivated through roles as an agency expert at the VA.
In my FBI tenure, I led significant projects, including developing deployment team training and serving as a team lead in mass casualty deployments. Representing the FBI internationally and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including the White House, underscores my commitment to excellence. I hold a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from George Mason University.
